30-Day Returns

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days after an order is delivered.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories.

To request a return, contact us at support@curioussketch.com with your order number and reason for returning the product.

Please do not send your product back without receiving return authorization and instructions from us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs or video where reasonably necessary.
